School email in.
Hub handles the rest.
Hub is your family's school assistant. It reads the school emails you already get, hands your kid a short plan every morning, follows up on forms and missing work, and only comes to you when something needs you.

School news comes from five places. Nobody has time to read it all.
Teacher emails, the grade portal, Google Classroom, the district app, the coach. Hub reads all of it, keeps what's real, and follows up until it's done.
One short plan
What's due, what to bring, and what's after school. Encouraging, never a report card: kids never see grades or warnings.
- TodayAlgebra quiz on chapter 4. You've got this.
- BringSigned field trip form for Science
- AfterSoccer practice until 5:30. Cleats and water.
- Tonight15 minutes: history review, part 2 of 3
Hub's afternoon update
What Hub handled, what needs you, and what it's watching. Grades and missing work come to you, not your kid. Quiet days stay quiet.
- HandledThe science field trip moved to Thu, Nov 5. I updated Riley's plan.
- Needs youSign the field trip form by tomorrow, Wed, Nov 4. Reply "done" once it's signed.
- WatchingSpanish worksheet is still missing. I'll tell you when the grade portal shows it turned in.
Just tell Hub. It takes care of it.
Reply to any Hub email, or use Tell Hub in the app. Hub does it and tells you exactly what it did. It never contacts your school or anyone else for you.
Fri, Nov 6 · Science lab report
Still open · Form: field trip permission
Made-up family. Hub only ever writes to you, and every date it uses comes from a school email or from you.
Set up once, in about ten minutes.
No school logins and no access to your inbox. You stay in charge of what PrepLark sees.
Turn on school notices
Switch on the email alerts your school already offers: Classroom guardian summaries, grade portal alerts, the district app. We show you where.
Forward them to PrepLark
You get a private PrepLark address. One email rule sends school mail there. Step-by-step help for Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and Yahoo.
Hub takes it from there
Your kid gets the morning plan at the email you choose. You hear from Hub when something needs you, and you can reply to it anytime.
Built for kids, careful with families.
These rules are built into how PrepLark works, not just written in a policy.
Every date comes from a real school email
Each item in a plan links back to the email it came from. If a date isn't clear, PrepLark says "check with your teacher" instead of guessing.
Grades go to parents only
Your kid's plan is encouraging and practical. Scores, missing work and warnings only ever go to you.
Kids never make an account
A parent sets everything up and approves where the kid's plan goes. We ask for your kid's first name and grade, nothing more personal.
Only trusted senders count
Teachers, coaches and the school's own systems are trusted. Newsletters, ads and unknown senders are ignored, and anything that looks like a trick is thrown out.
Hub only ever writes to you
Hub can update plans, keep notes and answer questions. It has no way to email your school, your kid's teachers or anyone else, and it tells you every change it makes.
Delete everything, any time
Forwarded emails are deleted after 90 days. One button in the app removes your family and everything about it. We never sell your information or use it for ads.
Request an invite
We're starting with a small group of families so we can help each one get set up. Tell us a little about yours and we'll email you when there's a spot.

Good to know.
What is Hub?
Hub is the assistant inside PrepLark that works for your family. It reads the school emails you forward, builds the plans, keeps track of forms and missing work, and answers when you write to it. You can talk to it in plain words, the way you'd text whoever keeps the family calendar.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the pilot. Pilot families will get a founding price if they want to keep going once paid plans start, and we'll ask before charging anything.
Which schools does it work with?
Any school that sends email: teacher emails, Google Classroom guardian summaries, grade portals like Skyward or PowerSchool, and district apps like ParentSquare. If it can land in your inbox, Hub can read it.
Does my kid need a phone or an account?
No account. The morning plan goes to an email address you choose and approve: your kid's school email, their own, or yours to share at breakfast.
Do you read my whole inbox?
No. Hub only sees the emails you forward to your private PrepLark address, and the notes you send it. We never connect to your email account.
Is there an app?
PrepLark works in any web browser now, on your phone or computer. iPhone and Android apps are on the way.
Who makes PrepLark?
Hub Builds, a small company in St. Louis. We built PrepLark because we wanted it for our own families, and our own kids are the first ones using it.
